POH Foundation Family and Friends 5K Wellness Run/Walk event

This is a wellness family fun event. This is also a fundraising event. Our medical mission team goes to international countries and open up free medical clinics for that community. We know that these trips does include money., We never charge for We would love to meet you and your families from this area. If you can not run the race , walk it.
